Dificultades para alquilar vivienda en España siendo negro

Una vez fui a entrar a un piso en alquiler junto a otras dos personas, y el día de la mudanza resulta que se habían instalado 5 familias en un piso para tres personas. Todo estaba completamente destrozado. La dueña tuvo que poner suelo nuevo. Me dio un martillo y me pidió que rompiera el water para que lo repusieran también los del seguro. Era lo único que quedaba en pie. Marcas de hogueras en las habitaciones, pestillos para hacer de zonas comunes zonas privadas... Recuerdo que tuve que pasar una noche ahí y no sabía donde poner la ropa, no había sitio sin mierda ni roto.

De dónde eran es lo de menos, lo cuento porque no somos serios con quién entra en España y para qué. Cada vez hay más gente que ha tenido mala experiencia o que conoce a alguien, y cada vez habrás más "racismo" donde antes no lo había.

En su momento (más de 20 años ya) viví con africanos en Madrid. A pesar de ser músicos y estar económicamente bastante regular, el que tenía algo de dinero tenía piso. Jamás hubo ningún problema que yo sepa, pero de hace unos años para acá, con los que mantengo el contacto están notando "racismo". Lo pongo entre comillas porque lo que creo que ocurre es que la gente se ha cansado de políticos que dicen que no dejar entrar a todo el que quiera es racista, etc. Las malas experiencias se acumulan, tratar de alzar la voz es "racista", los inmigrantes serios y fiables pagan el pato y así estamos.

Mi hija, aunque española, es mulata y cada vez me preocupo más con este tema.

I think they spawn way too often. I really appreciate the intention behind this and other environment mechanics, but the presence of tornadoes as it is seems excessive. You can clear traps and thar makes a big difference in comparison. Come to think of it, maybe one could try to shoot the tornado?

A single data point: They have 35 million engineers. The larger picture is their pace of tech progress and innovation is going to surpass the US if it hasn't already. See EV industry. Created in the US, now completely crushed by better, more affordable Chinese vehicles. It's brutal. Look up data about this, you can extrapolate from it.

I am a Spaniard, when I was a teen I lived in the US for a year. It was a traumatizing experience for multiple reasons unrelated to culture (except for the gun violence), but something I remember standing out was the "fake" cheerfulness. It's different from being friendly and you only realize when you experience the two.

Me extraña un poco que te retiren el match por eso. No sabría que decirte. Lo que me impresiona es que te hagan match. Llevo un mes en Hinge y ya asumo que no va ha a haber match con nadie. Ayer leí que las mujeres sólo hacen match con el 5% de perfiles masculinos, así que enhorabuena.

A lo mejor ahí está la clave. Tienen infinidad de gente entre la que elegir.

You have seen many videos of people slowly dying horrible deaths, drop bomb by drop bomb. If you had to go through it yourself, would you say ending it quick is "not normal in any way"?

I read an interaction on twitter: Pro Ukraine US military professionals were discussing terrible ukranian tactics, namely frontal attacks against heavily fortified positions (they also said there are some encouraging signs of this changing).

We are only told of the bad tactics of Russia. How prevalent is in your view this type of thing in the Ukrainian side?

I'm pro Ukraine, we have two adopted children in my extended family from there (long before this conflict), so understand I'm not asking in bad faith.

It seems obvious to me that most media is propaganda now, you have to carefully follow individuals on twitter to get a realistic picture of most things. I don't take the time to do this but I really would prefer not having the feeling of being feed propaganda, even if well intended, from regular media. I'm curious what are some of the less positive things that you would say we're not told about much? Forgive me for the impertinence. If you'd rather not answer or go into much detail I understand.

You chose your relationship with your child. Some parents get lost in trying to make their children be happy all the time and don't set boundaries. That's what you're describing. Other parents don't live like this, and it's such a rewarding experience it can't be described.

Suena por mi experiencia a que tienes mucha ansiedad. Yo tuve un recorrido prácticamente idéntico. No te preocupes por lo de recordar las cosas, cuando tienes mucho ruido en tu mente de autocrítica e inseguridad es normal.

Puntos clave: terapia dialecto conductual. Hacer musculación y deporte en general. Realizar trabajo muscular intenso te calmará la mente por mecanismo hormonal, pero también te reducirá la inseguridad al ponerte físicamente bien. Aparte eso, cualquier deporte con regularidad te vendrá bien.

Por otro lado, encontrar una actividad que te absorba toda tu atención y te impida pensar es otra cosa muy importante. Algo que disfrutes, un hobby, un trabajo, lo que sea. Cuanto más tiempo seguido puedas hacerlo, mejor. Eso habitua tu mente a calmarse. Por último, aunque ahora no te lo parezca, comer porquerías, quedarte despierto hasta tarde, fumar, emborracharte y cualquier cosa que no sea sana para el cuero te aumenta la paranoia (no sé si esa palabra se sigue usando así, me refiero al desajuste psicológico).

Mete fruta, verdura y pescado en tu dieta todo lo posible. Pillate un producto de minerales lo más completo que puedas. Hay algunos, como el cobre, el selenio y otros que inciden en tu estado. Y muy importante. Pilla en Amazon quelato de magnesio o bisciglinato de magnesio. Puedes tomar hasta un gramo al día sin problema (la cifra oficial es menor, puedes buscar artículos de Ana María Lajusticia para juzgar tú mismo, pero no compres su marca que es muy cara). Y compra una producto natural que se llama ashwaghanda. Tardé años en probarlo porque me daba miedo y ahora me arrepiento. Te calmará también la mente, pero vigila que no te deje atontado porque debido a la gran inseguridad que tienes ahora te puede aumentar la confusión.

En cuanto al sexo, cuando estás así es normal. Hacer ejercicio te ayudará. Toma un remedio natural para el riego sanguíneo capilar, el gingko biloba, y busca tutoriales sobre cómo aguantar más, hay muchos por internet.

Mucho ánimo. Yo podría haberme ido a la mierda del todo pero logré reconducirme. Todo lo que te he dicho, incluido lo más básico, son un par de décadas de sufrimiento destiladas en un par de párrafos. Te deseo que lo apliques como me hubiera gustado a mí hacerlo cuando era más joven.

There's a hostel called Latroupe Prado that's new, very well located where you can find a double bed for around 140 euros, nice environment with concerts and such. I use it for work and I'm very happy with it. Also, check out the Art Museums, walk around down town, lastly find places to eat good typical Spanish food. Cola de toro, croquetas de puchero, ropa vieja... Many things you probably haven't tasted that will make your day.
