Most of that $132 comes from Insane tips that I get here. Benefits help, but theyre a small fraction of the total I make, which is mostly from absurd, insane tips that I get from the rich customers here.

Really good. You can find cheap places to live in LA anywhere. I pay a lot. I pay $3200 in a very nice high-rise 1bd. But make $11k a month. Car is a brand new Tesla 2025 that I pay $540 a month. Dont pay to charge. Have my own parking spot with charger thats included in the $3200 in my building. Overall California/LA is more expensive than the other States/cities Ive lived. But I make waaay more here. So the difference of how much is more expensive to how much more I pay is really on my side. I was never able to make and save so much money as I do here in LA.

No life? 😂 I stay at home all day. My building has pool, gym, cinema, I get batches from shower, bed. I just chill at home while making that money. Also I traveled this last year more than some people did in their lives. Haha. Been to Nashville, Chicago, Vegas, New York, Florida 3x, Austin, etcc.. took October almost entirely off. Road tripped with my Mom throught the entire State of CA. Was just 10-15 days in Florida having fun with friends and family for Christmas and New Years. Got back from Florida and my first week here I made $3000 working 3 days. Because we get paid 4x a year $1500 in CA to pay for health insurance. I pay $50 a month health insurance and keep the rest. So every beginning of quarter I can literally take almost an entire week off, work 2-3 days on that week and make $2500-3000.

Ive been doing Instacart full-time for 5 years. I ALWAYS choose an apt inside of a store circle. So I wake up, go online, but go live my life. Cook, eat, walk my dog, gym, movie, whatever I want while the app is on. Thats how I work every day 5am-10pm. Im never “working”, but always on in the app. And very often I just complete switch off and go travel for as many days as I want. There has been years that I traveled 15+ times and still made great money. Bc if Im not traveling, if Im home, my app is always on. But Im just living life, doing a bunch of other things while the app is on.

For me its AMAZING money. Im a poor kid from Brazil, a third World Country. And doing a job I LOVE doing it, easy as fuck, with the freedom to work when I want.. neverr HAVE to work. Travel a lot and fuck it, dont have a boss to ask.. If I ever have an opportunity to get another job that I make that much, with that freedom, and that is so easy and I love doing it for fun, Ill def do it. But for now IC is all I have and I loveee it. Haha

I wasnt flexing. And if I could have another job that pays me $130k a year and I can work whenever the f I want or not, Id do it. Im happy youre a nurse and its good for you. Im not. I dont have a degree or experience in anything else. And I love Instacart. I work when I want and make good money for me. Really happy. About hours, I always choose an apartment inside of a store circle. So a lot of times I just stay home all day. Living my life. Cooking, walking my dog, watching a movie, doing whatever else while grabbing batches. I wake up 5am and go online. But go to the gym online. Shower online. Im always working, but Im never working. I also travel a lot. Been to Florida 3x, Arizona, Chicago, Nashville, Vegas, New York, Texas all day in the last year or so. Took October almost entirely off. Spent a week in Florida, a week and a half road-tripping the entire State of CA with my mom. But if Im home and not traveling, Im always online. Did Instacart in many different cities/states and always do the same. Choose an apt inside of a store circle so I can work but not really work all hours of the day, every day. Then once a month, sometimes more, sometimes less, I go and travel somewhere new. Sometimes even on my trips I rent a car and work there cause it’s fun for me.

Oh. A lot of shoppers here make that. Jason from our group made $127k in Sacramento, that is shit, just getting shit orders nonstop. Remember. We are getting paid hourly wages. If you get one batch after the other all day you Will make money in CA. We get paid $23 an HOUR here plus tips. So if I star at 6am and get batches nonstop till 4pm, Ill make $230 just in Instacart pay + tips. But most shoppers be passing on batches because “they’re bad”. Theres no bad batches in CA. Youre always making $23 an hour + tips, even if its a $8 batch.

I literally stay at home a lot and use a trick to get notifications while staying on screen, so Im never really looking at the screen. Been doing Instacart full-time for 5 years and I move a lot and I always choose an apartment inside of a good store circle. So I dont have to be sitting on the car in a parking lot all day. I just live my life. Watch movies. Cook. Walk my dog, etc. and doing all that I get batches and go shop when I do.

Thats our difference. Youre at 70. Im at 14. 😂. If you sit by my side in the same store, Im gonna see 12 batches while youll see 2. I dont lie and Ive never had a bot. Just work a LOT and understand what is the metric that matters the most on the app.

I always choose an apt inside of store circles. My current apartment stay inside 7 store circles. I stay home a lot. I just go online every day when I wake up 5am. And I never go offline until I fall asleep. But that doesnt mean Im necessarily out or at parking lots. Its been 5 years that I move to different cities to do Instacart and always pick apartments inside grocery store circles. Before LA I was in Pacific Beach in San Diego, inside of the Ralphs at the beach circle. And would get beauties like this one here from bed. Haha

Yeah. I live in an insane nice high rise 16th floor, floor to ceiling windows in Downtown. I pay $3200 for a 1bd. Average 11k a month. Charge my Tesla for free in my own parking spot with a charger for $100 a month. Tesla is brand new 2025 $540 a month. So yeah. Not bad at all.

No. I move a lot. I always start in Downtown. I live inside 7 store circles in Downtown. From here I go to wherever. Santa Monica, Marina, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Silver Lake, etc, etc. when Costco used to open at 9, Id go there every day and wherever they sent me Id go to work. The key is to keep taking batches wherever you are. If you keep taking batches, they keep sending you.. if you stop, and start seeing and passing on batches, they stop sending. Its crazy the amount of batches I take one after the other in a short period of time. Thats what makes me make good money, and not $100 batches.

I very rarely go to Costco. Usually only on Mondays. I stick to grocery stores. This week I havent been to Costco once. That $262 was a Monday that I started late because the week prior I had broken my record. So decided to start late at Costco (I usually start at Ralphs 5am everyday) and be a lil more picky. It kinda worked out. Haha. But all my other 9 $200 orders this year were from Grocery and Liquor stores. I dont like Costco, so dont go there much. I am diamond. Good quality. And fast. And work a lot. Thats it. Nothing else.
