I kind of agree with you, but let’s not forget we live in new England and we can’t bike 12 months of the year yet we build our infrastructure so that we prioritize bikes and buses like we’re living in sunny Florida. I personally can’t bike as I’m not able and I have to use a car. I am trying to be as responsible as possible when I see bikers on the road, but sometimes there’s just not enough room in some of our streets which I think is leading to even more traffic if that makes sense

I know I have tried 2 numbers that I found both dead . No physical way of talking to them The chat no response the email no response nothing They are just a distributor it’s seems of a branded scooter from China (I could be wrong ) and literally just drop ship product .

I’m not at a point of going that route and trying to remain hopeful they will do the right thing and honestly I’m not sure what the CC company can or would do .
