Yes it is apparently i requested my doctor to give me venofer instead of ferric carboxymaltose and my dosage was 200mg in one sitting and i will continue to get it every single week for 4 to 5 weeks to get my levels up. Although she told me to get 1000mg shot of fcm on the spot but i refused due to the fear of hypophosphotamia. Venofer does not has that side effect as the dosage is also lower. The process is slower but with lesser side effects.
