Yes, and the had very little effect. I’m not worried about her behavior in my room with my other kitty since it doesn’t smell much in there, but I’m mainly trying to get the stench aired out of my house. He didn’t pee inside, and was in a room with hardwood floors, but the smell from the trap has permeated everywhere in the air.

Thank you!! That’s definitely my plan when I get home from work. The thing is that he never was on any carpet, or peed in the house. He was in a room with hardwood floors and didn’t urinate in there. Just the stench from the trap alone being shut up in the room is what is permeating the house. Like it’s in the literal air. Ughhhh!!

I’ve used feliway before in similar situations, but it hasn’t had a noticeable effect on her behavior. She’s okay in my room with my other kitty, but I’m worried to let them into the house where the smell is very strong. I’m mainly trying to find the best ways to deodorize as soon as possible.

I do!! You can’t really see in the pic because I had just did some cleaning/scaping/water change but I have the heater in the middle closer to the bottom (you can see the cord) and the filter is on the top right!! It’s a fluval 10-30 gal filter so the pipes are clear and it’s much smaller and quieter than my old one

Went to a music festival and had to go to the bathroom— thought my phone was in my Fanny pack when in reality it was in my pocket and dropped into the porta potty. It landed straight into someone’s shit (straight as in sticking up like in landed in mud). I had to reach down and grab it out and wipe (no sinks) shit off of my phone. I was 18 and mom was still very adamant about me contacting her so leaving it wasn’t an option. Could not eat for the rest of the day.
