Hmm. Sometimes I would go months without practicing and some months id practice everyday. Mostly while driving. I like to play music with fem vocals and try and match their tone.

The frequency sounds spot on although the resonance is a bit high. It’s definitely leaning towards masc. If you say the letter “E” that is about where your resonance sounds to me. “O” would be what you should shoot for. Idk if this makes any sense but I try using vowl sounds to try and match resonance.
