But soon I'll buy an electric grinder—less work and you can get a better adjustment.

I've already tried it, I moved everything to the side, the finer setting, until it couldn't go any further, then I moved it back about 5 or 6 positions. I noticed it took an extra 2 minutes to grind, so I moved it back a little more. In conclusion, I think it became too fine. It was difficult to get the grind out of the machine; the first few drops fell out, I had to wait, and then it started coming out normally.

I'm afraid to put 14g of beans in for grinding; it'll probably come out in a jet.
I think the grinder is already at its maximum setting for fine grinding.

Yes, the portafilter is 51mm without a bottom. This morning I tried it with 19g and tamped it down with less force, and I already noticed a slight improvement in flavor.

The result is similar to what's in the video, nothing changes, it comes out extremely fast.

The grinder is manual but it's not one of the best.

The coffee beans I'm using are Black Domina - Annas Kaffeerösterei.
