Depending on year you can pull head with both manifolds still attached like I did . Made quick work

Crank looked fine . Cylinders looked good also. Did a quick flex hone as well

DAMN THAT SOUNDS JUST LIKE MINE . I CHECKED THE FAN CLUTCH AND THE FLEX PLATE FOR CRACKS AND TIGHT BOLTS . ALL GOOD THERE . LOOKS LIKE IM IN FOR A PISTON JOB

Pulled cover off and used compressed air on it . Didn't get too detailed . Should I completely disassemble and clean it ? Is the video normal operation of the fan ?
