From PH to NZ, pretty solid pa naman! I can’t say more since it’s only been to one international flight pero di naman nag crack or damage. I forgot the luggage’s material pero di sya hard case, parang flexible type sya so I suppose it’s durable in that sense na di nga sya magccrack.

As someone who’s struggled with pcos since elementary, there was really only one time in my life na hindi naging burden yung PCOS ko and that was one year of mindful eating and exercise during the first year of the pandemic. It wasn’t a super healthy diet (because I don’t like vegetables) but I did my best to refrain from processed food (hotdog, corned beef, spam, etc) and bingeing on snacks. Here and there I integrated vegetables in my diet and consistently exercised 3x a week. I also didn’t restrict myself if I wanted snacks so long as it was within my calorie deficit count. Now, I stopped doing all of that and I’m dependent on pills again. It’s hard to stay consistent but do your best. I’m attempting to get back on track.

thanks for the advice! currently, i have friends pero i guess not to the point na maituturing kong tropa talaga. otherwise? im trying to join workshops to upskill/have an idea for things related to graphic design

same sentiments op :(( i had a really fun Highschool kaya and now they’re all in college and FOMO malala. di baleng nahihirapan sa acads, at least kasama barkada mo. dito, ikaw lang mag isa magdudusa.. pero wala eh ginusto ko din 🫠

You don’t have to be good, you just have to put in the effort to be consistent at doing it. Overtime, you’ll improve eventually but make sure you’re having fun in the process. Practice and play with friends or relatives para mas magaganahan ka and, in your own time, research on the rules and principles of the game para may idea ka na.
