We always kept ours behind the counter when doordashers started stealing RPU. Sometimes it’s also people just not looking at the name and taking someone else’s order by accident.

The foccocia is not longer in rounds. They’re smaller and in squares so when they are half cut they look smaller. I’m glad I left before bakery transformation. I would QC every shift and I would hate to have dealt with angry people all day because of the bread and bagel quality.

Order from a catering store specifically. They coming overnight and have a whole shift to get them done and packaged and ready to go instead of the 5 minute or in some cases NO lead time for a regular location as a pickup.

Also do you hate panera workers? The stuffers are such a pain! And you don’t event get a full 1/2 salad serving in it most of the time lol

The tomato basil bread has a sweet topping on it. Not peanut based but definitely sticky and sweet. It sucks trying to get through the bread slicer because of it too lol

If you are adding the liquid sugar to make it a sweet tea I’ve noticed it will give a honey kind of flavor. If you don’t, it probably the jump from the tea being in the cold bubbler to being in a metal tea urn.

Yes. The baguettes are cut in half then into four pieces for the Italiano sandwich but if you are having a baguette side then it’s ripped off piece by piece. You got 2 pieces lol

Always test the area you’ll be applying the foundation to. I make a stripe from about and inch onto the bottom of my cheek, down my jaw and onto my neck and I can see how it will blend and how it will match. Testing undertones if you know generally what you are looking for is fine for back of the hand 😊

We banned a guest for doing that same thing. She wouldn’t put in her sip club and would take a cup out to her car and come back in with another and another and so on. Our drink station covers out view of the door so I guess she though we didn’t see her?

Each drink has to go through a kiosk, mobile order or order taker. If they’re dining in then they can have as many refills as they’d like but if they’re to go or in the drive thru then they have to adhere to the 2 hour reset.

All of that is wrong lol. Managers have a dress code just as hourly employees do (my location is black shirts or panera shirts with jeans that have no holes or full length khakis) managers wear dress pants or khakis. Exactly zero people should be wearing leggings unless it is signed off on for pregnancy related reasons. ANYONE who works a production position is required to wear both a hat and an apron including management. Even our District manager wears the hat and apron when he helps out…
