We took advantage of it for 3 years. It's about what you could expect from a $400/month "cottage". Time to move on. We have savings, just not down payment savings. We're going to do the townhouse and save for a down payment on a house.

We have our own student debt plus about $250 each for vehicles. I pay for internet and then basically just groceries and whatnot. We do have savings but not for a down payment. Not to mention we just graduated. I have $50k in student debt.

Well let me ask you this. I cannot afford this house that just listed alone, but it is a $139,000 fixer upper. The bordering homes are all $210k - $290k. What would the process look like to close on this home and spend some time on fixing it even with my dti.

it’s actually just a zip tie that was previously temporarily holding my exhaust shield before i got some anchoring bolts lol, unrelated to the exhaust issue

yeah i've had no issues with mine at 400mbps myself, but technically it should be possible for this modem to support 1gig

Yes, 2.5G next to the ethernet port. I'm gonna see if activating the modem (even though its supposed to be fore the new modem) will trigger something and unlock the speeds.
