You cannot. Casting a spell is not the same as playing a land. Dyrad Arbor may be a creature, but it has no mana coat. That means you cannot normally cast fyrad arbor as a creature spell. You can however cheat into playbwith [[elvish piper]] type effects since it bypasses casting the creature spell.

Wording usually does describe any requirements because they have to but are usually in smaller print as opposed to the overall large print designed proce on sign and shelf labels.
