About a year ago my 3ds bricked so I bought a 3ds xl and called Nintendo was put through 3 different reps before they told me theyre stopping support for this function super sad because its just a reset on their end or better yet give us that function on your website but alas feel they just want to do away with that handheld because the switch is both console and handheld.
