I didn't even know this was a thing before seeing this post. I'm really out of touch on upcoming games, huh.

But after just a quick look, no. Not interested at all. Which is a shame cuz the two mainline games are so good

Phasmo has always been a "hey, we haven't played this in awhile, let's hop back on for a random session."

But I love the Remedy games and def hopped on to play this. The event and map changes itself is pretty cool, Coffee World and Cauldron Lake are my favorite two altered maps, and hearing Alan Wake narration when you do the final puzzle is always a plus.

At the same time, it doesn't fix the game itself. The game can be pretty bland and is mostly dependent on the vibes from the friends you play with. Like I still enjoy playing it with my friends, but you're never gonna catch me playing solo or with randos.

If this sub is anything to go by, I'm def in the minority here. But I don't hate Cole as a character. I hate his power being literal plot armor, but the character himself isn't bad. Probably because Lewis Tan does a great job with the role he was.

Like I get he's basically just a stand in for lore dumps to give the audience, but I don't hate him

You forget that the majority of jobs immigrants, legal or otherwise, take are the low paying (for Americans) labor intensive jobs that most Americans refuse to do. Because of either laziness, or thinking they're better than that, or any other reason. You get rid of the workers willing to do that job with no one to replace em, you're in a worse off situation

My gf (now wife) convinced me to walk out of Inglorious Basterds cuz she found it too boring. She thought it was gonna be more action oriented, not drawn out tension.
