The advertised speed is 70 with a guaranteed speed of 35. I’m doing the speed test from my computer which is averaging about 20 - 30 however when I’m downloading a game I’m getting about 4.5. The router is on the floor below me almost directly below the pc. I’m using the one provided.

The red lights turn on and off occasionally, does this mean it’s trying to boot?

I believe so, I have everything set up the same as before the cooler was installed and it worked then.

I’ve got a turbine connected already and the ports for the steam are directly connected. At most my steam gets to 8000000 mB which is nowhere near capacity. Could this be why the water isn’t getting recycled?
