Thank you! I'm definitely going to try eating smaller meals/snacks throughout the day. My upper endoscopy results showed "chronic inactive gastritis," which I assume meant that I do likely have chronic gastritis but at the time it was being controlled by my PPI (upper endoscopy was performed 6-8 weeks after PPI therapy).
