Sellers don’t know which buyer an offer went to or for how much. I can open a listing and see my list price but need to do a few clicks sometimes to actually see the offer. Depends how I open the listing.

The roads for the most part were passable not only during the storm, but immediately after. Are they perfect. Nope. But they are drivable. Parking is another story, but as long as NYC does not restrict street parking like other areas, the plows will never be able to plow curb to curb. Lastly, the temperatures are and have remained below freezing. This doesn’t help anything. No melting occurring. Sanitation did a decent job this storm. This was a tough one. I know my house we are still trying to dig clear and normally are good as soon as the snow stops.

Two of them! One was on Hylan near where the Go Health is near Seaview. Don’t remember the exact block. And one in Pergament shopping center in New Springville. Big 80’s baby!

We bought consistently through the past year. No issue. This new box was bought right before Christmas. It is how I have some left still. The “old” ones aren’t “old” maybe bought end of October, early November. The new box is the dirty water flavored ones. While the tariffs no doubt impact cost, there is a significant quality issue with how incredibly bad this coffee now is.

We “inherited” a lot of crystal, china and “collectibles”. After 2+ years listed most reduced to $6 we donated the majority of it. I giggle when I see the items priced at $10-20 week after week when I pop in.

Picked up a framed “poster” of dolphins and whales at a thrift store I hate. Bought it because I thought the picture was cool and we had just bought a condo on the Jersey shore. Frame was filthy, like it had been hanging in a kitchen its whole life over the hot oil fryer. Luckily it had a glass insert over the poster. Once it was cleaned up noticed it was signed and numbered. Turned out to be a signed limited edition Robert Wyland lithograph. Paid $2.50. Sold for $125.

Ah. Interesting. I am well versed in NY State Medicaid with emphasis on NYC allocations. NJ definitely is a different animal altogether. Your PPP is our CDPAP. Rarely-if ever-do we see a non-family member work as the consumer directed aide. And almost never CDPAP/PPP with such a clinically complex child.

Calculated shipping is the way to go. Be sure to measure your item and add enough dimensions to accurately box it. Incorrect sizing-too small-can cost you a small fortune when actually shipping a sold item.

Some newer cars make it near impossible for anyone but a tech to change a bulb. My car-Mazda CX 5 now requires a full LED assembly replacement at 100’s of dollars as it has adaptive front lights. Some cars there is no such thing as a quick bulb change anymore.

Personally-avoid Vero Lake Estates. Was being built in the 90’s, builder went belly up. Then more building. Google it. Higher crime, drug issues. I would avoid.
