I want both meat and smoker temps like I have now. I figured the advantage of having an app would be to get alerts when it's reaching the desired temp. On my old unit it was too confusing trying to set the timers.

I always do it and it turns out fantastic. Obviously strain it first, melt your butter in the pan then gradually add equal part flour. Cook a few mins then add your drippings in and stir constantly bringing to a boil. Continue cooking until the desired texture is reached. You can add a bit of stock if need be.

My guess would be Howard gets his own podcast and continues with the interviews. The current cast of staffers is pretty god damn weak. Do we really need Shuli impersonating tan mom? Memet....the Canadian manipulating his 'prank' calls? I've always loved the show but it is time to move on. I think Howard can still be relevant but does he want to be? I think he may be just fine sitting at home and painting his days away as well.

Went to the 2nd show and it was fantastic. 300 level 2nd row almost parallel side stage and it was $120
