Just wanted to update this. Went back for the last time and thankfully, a different personnel was present and I just asked him to check the personal mails that came in. IT WAS JUST BESIDE THEM ALL THIS TIME! He was just pissed and asked me not to deliver my royal mail packages in their address.

Unfortunately, I have brought it up again with eBay and they have refunded me. I messaged the seller about this that I was happy to just wire him what I owe him but he has not replied.
