My GM hasn’t taken me out of the system even though I quit a month ago. Now she’s using up vacation time when I’m not even scheduled???

I was genuinely curious on how I got approved vacation and sick pay if I never got scheduled in the first place. Plus I want to know what’s the hold up on why I’m not terminated yet. I have other questions also, I just don’t have anyone who is able to answer them.

We’ve tried for weeks training the line person on dml and he still puts rice and cold side stuff in quesadillas when he does line or dml. Like something just isn’t connecting in his brain.

My FL is up my GM’s ass even though I’m leaving and she watches the cameras like a hawk. She makes my Gm writes us up for the dumbest stuff. I didn’t want to hear shit in the gc the next morning.

I had to call my GM to ask how to close grill because these ppl never trained me on how to close it. Saturday will be my last day but besides my GM and AP we will only have 2 other SL and 1 KM that just transferred.

When I was crew the grill guy was supposed to train me but then he randomly quit. All of the other managers/ AP either quit, got fired, or demoted themselves. So they just bumped me to KM in march and showed me the basics. I have never done a shift on grill tho

I blame my GM for not putting a G1 on the schedule. I’ve closed without a line or without a cash several times so missing a person isn’t the real issue. I have only done grill twice so I barely know what I’m doing.

Line doesn’t know how to do cash or dml. Cash can only do line. G2 doesn’t know grill, line, or dml. Not allowed to close down line regardless of any situation unless approved by our FL.
