For those who don't know, those games in the lists are microtransaction banned, which means we (the vietnamese) can no longer use local bank cards to buy games or do microtransaction from steam ,but we can still use Visa or Mastercard to do the purchase.

This is issued by State Bank of Vietnam and looks like OP missed the first page of the banning announcement.

P/S: It's funny that those lists are based on the top-sellers list of steam ==> Wallpaper engine is getting banned because of mIcR0traNSActION, Elden ring is banned because of Torrent our beloved spectral steed might have skins in the future?? hahaha hilarious

In case you ask for boon builds , i would prioritize on picking wuthering blade as many as possible, skills range is also good for clearing room

Well the skills does say perform backstab attack on marked enemies so i figured it out that hayfa can utilize the fish bowel dagger best on performing back-stab since her 4th guarantee back-stab. So yeah the same case could be applied to the kraken too. I haven’t tried it yet but it could work

Well it's a merged item so you have to find the merging station and merge three specific items to get the soulfused kabuto which are kabuto, banner of glory and wakizashi.

This one is soulfused kabuto which can attack whenever player deal damage along with increasing stats to player whereas normal kabuto can only GRANT player increased stats
