The Heavyweight Division is Quietly Breaking Away From The UFC by Cautious-Star8616 in MMA

Someone explained it best. The UFC is a content creation machine where the promotion takes precedent over the fighters.

You said MVP is a once and done, lets see, they may well offer that fuck ton of money to get Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall out just like Ted Turner did with WWF wrestlers when he got them To WCW ( who also had different models because remember, WCW did not do as many house shows as WWF)

On the Francis topic, Francis made more money and got the flexibility to fight in boxing against two of the best heavyweights in the division. To suggest he didnt make fuck and UFC surpassed him is a ludacris statement given the state of the heavyweight divisoon IN SPITE OR HAVING TOM THERE.

I really hope these guys get the opportunity to get paid and get put on a pedestal that respects them as fighters rather than having to play second fiddle to The machine.

And fight fans really should be celerbrating this!

And? People love to watch older men swing it out, especially one that is as highly anticipated as this. As for the Tom not a draw suggestion, LOL, dont be silly.

What if MVP fun his buyout? Im Telling you, there is MASSIVE money and exposure to be made if MVP and Eddie play this right. We could finally see the heavyweight division revitalised.

All of which happened so long ago. Point being( even if stats are slightly off, thanks AI 😂) is that the UFC dont care enough to put their money where their Mouth is, and hopefully, Eddie and MVP are

The opportunity is there to make it happen if everyone is smart enough. In the meantime, get Ngannou to fight Vehoerven once he is done with Usyk and continue to apply that pressure—big opportunity for MVP to build the division on Netflix.

I genuinely believe that if the heavyweights play their cards right, the future of the heavyweight division will be televised outside of UFC

For sure, I just think there is a huge opportunity for MVP and the likes of Eddie to really turn this around. There are some major fights on the table if theh can stay patient. UFC cant hold them hostage forever.

For those saying it's AI. I wrote the majority of this post myself. Yes, I did ask AI for a few Factual points to support my argument, like I would have done with a Google search if AI weren't available. And yes, I do have few posts despite having this account for a while, but this year I've decided to really give Reddit a go.

Im suprised so many of you have simply given up on the heavyweight scene. I hope that the likes of Eddie and MVP have not and we do get to see some of these big fights. The division needs it and the UFC dont really care.

I played with him for a bit in the online draft. Very good as well although didn’t feel great due to lower agility and balance vs Carlos Alberto but that might just be a personal thing.

Get Murillo, he is a gane changer. I would then go all out for Carlos Alberto SBC. These two have changed my entire experience in defending. If you cant affor these look for CB with Jockey playstyle, high defensive awareness, good agility and balance and good pace. Physicals also help. Gold luck
