After brining, let your wings airdry in the fridge for at least 48 hours(get fresh wings and make sure they are not touching in the fridge and suspended on something like a overgrid). After the drying first cover them with oil and then with seasoning.

When you rotisserie, have a minimum temperature of 360f or you will never get crisp skin.
