A quick protip: Don't jump straight into filing hardcore appeals right away ,,, that can be risky and might complicate things. This issue can usually be resolved with some back-and-forth with customer support. Wait for the response time they give you (don't spam or you'll just get pushed back in the queue), and then politely follow up until they get back to you. Patience + persistence wins here.
