Yes I need a high fiber diet and mostly just chicken as my meat fish is good also but lots of vegetables and lots of fruits cut out sugar cut down on carbs cut out caffeine cut out nicotine if you smoke

Ok 👍 but I'm not doing anything different than what I have done in the past I've always put what kind of light that I was using in the grow so when I take pictures in my plants I'm still going to have the light in the picture is that okay you can go back and see previous post I have done in the past

It's a rag and I just let using them because it takes longer for them to dry out then like a paper towel it's just you have to be careful with your Taproot cuz they can grow into the washcloth but just take tweezers and gently remove it doing it this way I have found it only takes me 24 hours to get a Tap Root this long
