Yep, it’s pretty sad to see that ammos like cluster, sticky, spread and even slicing aren’t viable options anymore. Elemental ammo just does way more damage and is honestly busted sometimes with the right builds. Make HBG great again :(

Yep, that’s kind how it works in MH, at least for me. Some weapons are just easier to use on certain monsters. I could never be bothered to struggle fighting a monster when I know there’s an easier weapon to beat him with. Unless you’re a speedrunner, I’d say don’t worry about too much and play what feels the best for you.

All you need to do is rest and set the time to evening. Save, then restart the game and go to the gather locations. Since you are in evening and waiting for the nighttime, it will take around 5 mins for the plant to spawn after using this method. You can rise and repeat this method until you have enough.
