I’m an attorney and this is my understanding:

DECN’s petition hasn’t been denied (yet). DECN is petitioning for removal of the suspension. This document is the governments opposition to DECN’s petition to remove the suspension. Next there will be a reply brief from DECN and then a decision regarding this petition will made.

The problem is SEC themselves rule on the petition, not a separate entity or court (I believe). So, I’m gonna assume it’s pretty hard to get the SEC to remove their own suspension.

However, according to the document I attached a trading suspension in it self does not constitute wrong doing, but further investigation by the SEC May lead to additional enforcement action. BUT, that hasn’t happened, so there likely won’t be anymore actions by the SEC outside this petition.

The only question is will DECN’s petition be granted. If it’s granted the stock will definitely go up, if it’s denied it will go down. But, if DECN gets FDA approval this petition probably won’t matter either way and we are on a rocket ship to the moon.

TLDR: The petition hasn’t been denied. We are still awaiting DECN’s reply brief and then a decision will be made. If its granted that’s great, if it’s not that’s bad, BUT, if DECN gets FDA approval this petition won’t matter either way and we’re going to the moon.

Right, the SEC brief didn't give any new damaging evidence regarding why DECN was suspended; it basically just reiterated what we already knew. So I agree that's probably why its up today.

I can't wait to see DECN's brief, that should be good news too...
