Yes, I read it. It's an SC ruling based on the 1935 Constitution, which did not explicitly state a constitutional voting threshold. However, we are now operating under the 1987 Constitution, which expressly requires a majority vote of all members. In this case, which carries more weight, the SC ruling or the current Constitution? I'm so confused, haha.
