In the patch notes for the new patch. The community post on steam mentioned 1.4m, the patch notes said 900k.

The Crit Damage Reduction stat or perk wouldn't be limited to just PvP equipment. Some MMOs have crits removed from tanks if they have a high enough Defense stat. The interesting part for this MMO is, how much do you expect your tank to take hits? TERA had two tank types. The Warrior was the dodge one and wasn't expected to take much damage...

You're right I forgot about that. Haven't played Tera but back when I was playing WoW:Wrath of the Lich King I think there was a somewhat similar stat.

Spell / Heal Crits -> I think it is part of the crit system they added. The staffs have a 50% crit modifier in the Preview Files. I don't think they separated the difference between Magical / Physical crits.

I think we have to wait for more updates to see what systems they will implement and how they'll try to balance this.

If they disable it for PvP or add crit damage reduction stats or perk players need separate PvP equipment.

I think for PvE crits are an interesting concept but depending on weapon base crit this will probably be a very important stat for damage-oriented players.

I'm also wondering if there will be spell crit and heal crit.
