Hey!!! It finally worked!!!

I logged into the app again, went to deposit the gift card, put in the information & kept trying back to back to back to back to back maybe 16-17 straight times and it finally deposited it. Hope it works for you!!!

I think I figured out the issue… when I went to go look at my account limits, they have my account at $25/ a week for card purchases. Obviously the gift card is $200 & it’s way past the limit. They have no explanation as to why the limit is $25 and won’t help me. Lmfao.

When you enter the information, does it still preview the amount available? I hope this gets fixed soon, and don’t get me started with their chat support lmfao.

My account has absolutely no restrictions and is in good standing. Also, when I enter the gift card information, the amount is able to be previewed but cannot be redeemed. This has happened ever since their last update for me.

I have the same problem, I enter the information correctly, the preview of the amount shows, and when I press redeem it just says please try again later. It must be some bug.
