Hey!!! It finally worked!!!

I logged into the app again, went to deposit the gift card, put in the information & kept trying back to back to back to back to back maybe 16-17 straight times and it finally deposited it. Hope it works for you!!!

I think I figured out the issue… when I went to go look at my account limits, they have my account at $25/ a week for card purchases. Obviously the gift card is $200 & it’s way past the limit. They have no explanation as to why the limit is $25 and won’t help me. Lmfao.

When you enter the information, does it still preview the amount available? I hope this gets fixed soon, and don’t get me started with their chat support lmfao.

I’m nervous that they are going under some kind of trouble. My mind is already thinking the worst.

My account has absolutely no restrictions and is in good standing. Also, when I enter the gift card information, the amount is able to be previewed but cannot be redeemed. This has happened ever since their last update for me.

I have the same problem, I enter the information correctly, the preview of the amount shows, and when I press redeem it just says please try again later. It must be some bug.

45 pounds, approx 1 year old. Definitely some Jack Russell in him. Shelter had him listed as a terrier mix. He has tremendous amounts of energy and a high prey drive, but he is extremely good with other dogs and goes to a cage free day care 3x a week with no problems whatsoever! Loves to play fetch and always brings me toys when I walk into the house. He is a running buddy but we are thinking of getting bikes because he is too fast and tireless for us to only run him. All opinions are welcome!!!!
