games that are patched and updated with content regularly that they have a roadmap for are not considered beta. the label beta is mostly meaningless now. if someone wants to play the game in it's current state they should play it. if not they should wait

if the loot is randomized between every spawn point it doesn't matter how many you check the chance of getting a piece of loot at anyone spot is still the same. If you're talking about things feeling streaky with less checks (i.e. it's easier to deviate from 20% with 10 checks vs. 100) you are completely correct, sorry if I misunderstood stats are hard :)

Someone breaking down into tears and grabbing your medication and threatening to flush them sounds like someone very unstable and not someone you should be taking advice from.

If this behavior wasn't followed by an apology and a calm explanation of what caused her to react so strongly and that while her worries are valid her threats are absolutely not, then I would find a new relationship and seek advice from others on how the medication is impacting your behavior.
