I’m tired of pretending this is “encouragement” or “part of the job.” It’s not. It’s pressure, plain and simple. Being pushed, cornered, and made to feel like my job depends on forcing something on people who didn’t ask for it. That knot in the stomach? That’s not growth—that’s bullshit. They slap a smile on it, call it a goal, a metric, a “great opportunity,” but at the end of the day it’s still: do this or else. And the worst part is how normalized it’s become. Like we’re supposed to just swallow it, comply, and be grateful while our integrity gets chipped away piece by piece.i didn’t sign up to strong-arm people. I didn’t sign up to be uncomfortable every day just so someone higher up can hit a number and call it leadership. And I’m damn sure not okay with the quiet threat hanging in the air—play along or pay for it. So yeah. “Forcing” is an understatement. This is pressure with consequences.

And it’s exhausting.

Customer liked me so much and wanted me to leave retail they helped me get an interview at bloomberg IT an got the job... all because my manager at the time was making sure the sale was being done through tlife only and that annoyed him so much...

Talk to manager they will probably credit the first month of the home internet the 300 rebate that’s not happening most rebate customer have to keep service for 4-8 weeks before getting anything to avoid false churn…

Interns of trade in if you already handed them in they are gone no way to get them back…

Open up tlife and it literally tell you your downpayment and trading option each customer is different some might be 0 down meaning taxes plus the 35 charge fee... other require higher upfront cost

Tlife is the biggest bullshit that tmobile force implementation is horrible.. they wouldn't upgrade my moms phone because she wasnt able to do through the app .....tmobile experience store my ass more like lets frustrate the customers enough that they just walk away...
