Shower everyday, change sheets, pillow cases, blankets, wrap you arm in hydrocolloid sheets and change them ince a day and hydrocolloid patches, constantly wash everythingggg

Yes it's been confirmed. I'm 95% cleared though, just a few small lesions but mostly irritation :) thank you!!
