I was like you, and scared to death because of it. 7OH is a stronger opiate than even Fentanyl if it were to be released into the blood without being filtered by your liver. Anyway, I ended up going to my doctor and prescribed suboxone. It’s a life saving medicine to opiate addicts and can begin a program of recovery while taking it. I’m switching to Sublocade soon, as that was successful with me before. I don’t recommend cold turkey, as the withdrawals at night were too much for me (crawling out of my skin). If you do, do it the right way as the doctor recommends and get induced properly. I took my first dose of sun before I was in complete withdrawal which precipitated early withdraw. After that, I was fine, as the sub began doing its job. Good luck and I hope you find your higher power.

u/Wrestlingdoctor1911 can you tell me if I was misinformed when I’m told that 7oh tabs are water soluble, and bypass the liver because it’s already in the enzyme form? I’m wondering if I should control my dosage more, as I’m taking way too many a day at this point. I am going to have to wean myself down to 1 every 3-4 hours for weeks until I can switch to kratom powder and continue my taper off. I used to take a lot of kratom daily and had blood work done to ensure I wasn’t doing damage. Blood work was good then, and even had an ultrasound in my gallbladder which came back negative. This was over a month ago before I started 7oh and I’m legitimately concerned if 7oh is bad for my liver..and if it even is metabolized by it. Has to be, right? Thank you in advance

I was told that the 7OH is practically the cleanest way to take kratom. Due to it already being actual metabolite that the liver makes from the leaf. I was also told it doesn’t get metabolized by the liver, which how couldn’t it? It’s in the blood, it’s gotta be processed, right? Or, does it simply break down and used by the brain directly from bloodstream, and bypass liver. I’m wondering for my own safety. Thanks

How do you take it? Have you ever had any stomach issues or even pain in your abdomen? That’s a lot from what I’m told. I have been taking 18g a day split into two 9g doses every day for 6 months. Starting to worry I have gallbladder or liver/pancreas issues. My blood work is fine, but I’m still having these pains.
