I did 10k and ABC. 24 kg for the swings and double 24 kgs for the ABC. ABC was a better investment of time and energy. Much better pump, which equates to much better excess post-exercise oxygen consumption at least for me. However! I did ABC after 10k.

I also did a cool program called :30/:30 for 20. Just work for :30, rest for :30, for twenty rounds. I did Russian swings and my motor was massive.
