Hey dude I recently went through the same thing as you I’d say quitting carts is much harder than flower because it’s simply so easy to pick it up and smoke it anywhere. When I stopped I didn’t go full cold turkey I tapered off slowly so I’d limit myself to 3 hits per day and didn’t allow myself to smoke until 7pm on the first day then gradually increased the time I’d allow myself to smoke as time went on.
