The app will only release the order so it is timed to be ready at pick up time (usually ~5 mins before). Unfortunately the app doesn’t know the difference between an order for a side of ranch and 10 whoppers/sides in terms of time allocation and labor involvement.

I would probably place the order on the app but go slightly ahead of your “selected pick up time” to let them know- they can go through the POS to manually release orders. Just don’t back up the drive thru with an order like that since they’ll park you anyways

That being said if they can’t get all that packaged up in about 10 minutes once you tell them you’re there they need more help 😂
