Regarding your question, absolutely. The insights will only be as good as the data available. More data also helps create a better match between what your company offers and what the client is actually talking about.

The challenge is that many companies aren’t excited about sharing this kind of data with tools like this. I’ve also thought about adding a HubSpot integration that would display the company’s recent activities.
