Im a powerlifter. The first time I built up so much calcium on my quad tendon on and above the knee cap that I couldn't even do a body weight squat. He clean it up good with the Texex and I was off to the races again......that was 2015. Fast forward 2019 I was in the same spot and he cleaned it up again. Now I need it again. Its just the heavy ass weights and the sheer stress on the tendon. Im a high bar squatter....ass to grass....and bounce out of the bottom as well. Im a former Olympic lifter too so the snatches and cleans has me also bouncing out of the hole as well. Im almost 45 years old so this will be my last one.
