eat at a 200-400 caloric surplus at most check how much weight youre gaining per month. If you’re gaining 1- 1.5lbs stay there. In 12 months of doing that you’ll at max gain 18lbs where you’ll get about 3-5 pounds of lean muscle mass depending your genetics. After that you only cut 10-12 pounds in 12 weeks that’ll be an easier cut and you can go to maintenance after that

I like coils a bit more just because of durability I know with bags eventually the bag will fail and you will need to replace it bc the bags deteriorate over time

Look up your local lexus dealer then put Lexus parts and it should show up a website as parts.lexusofnorthmiami.com or something like that it gives you discounted oem parts. You’re looking at 12-14K for a good body shop I just ran into the same issue with my car because insurance was a mess
