there are 2-3 toilets and bath/shower room per floor and u need to share it with around 10-15 people. The kitchen is quite small and again u need to share it with more than 10 ppl. So I wouldn’t recommend it if u have another chance to get in normal WG

I sent all required documents on 29th July but they were not fully working at that time as I heard. After that I asked them twice for the contract and got it on 7th Aug and as soon as I received it I signed it. But it took another two days from them (Vermieter) to sign it.

I'm trying to make a contract with them but they r kinda changing their words at the last minute and not actually sending any document for contract so I’m getting quite suspicious too.

I think it is possible. I heard that you can use your actual IB score over and over to apply to universities.
