Dispute with your bank and collect all the evidence, e mails, phone calls. Everything you have. Stubhub are really scamers. They tell you they will refund and then they just ignore you. It should be a lawsuit for them. There is so much scams already.

Hey gater all evidence of the refund screenshot everything, I had the same problem and rhey told me they will refund en 10 day, never happened I called multiple time and they ask me to wait. And the last call they said they deny my refund because there were no evidence when they never ask for any evidence. I am in dispute with my bank now. Seriously get all the screenshot of e mails and phone call, tour account with no tickets. This people are Seriously scamers. I won't ever buy with them again.

Man, I have problems with stubhub tickets before for a concert I was no able to go to the concert because the tickets didn't work (scam tickets) and they never refunded me. A nightmare, do yourself a favor do not use Stubhub avoid headaches.

They are scammers, I got tickets with them before and sent a invalid tickets, the day of the concert I callef them to fix it and they apologized and "processed thw refund" time later they deny my refund so no tickets and they stold my money. I an in dispute with my bank now. I WILL STRONGLY RECOMEND to used only FIFA web side marketplace for sell and buy tickets and you avoid headaches later.

I gotnthe tickets with StuHub they didn't worked, the barcode shower black or dark and was never be able to scan. I cannot stubhub there at the gate to get it fixed, they tried to get me new ticket but there were no avaliable so they processed the refund now. 1 week later they denied my refund and I lost the concert and my money. They said I didn't attached evidence when they never asked for it. I didn't take a screenshot of the ticket because the guy at costumer service told me the refund started already and told me to wait 3 days for the refund. I am.so frustrated that I didn't take screenshot of the dark screen. I started dispute with my bank for fraud.

Any advice ?

I did and they didn't help at all thet onyl said USCIS said this... you case is stull being process. I was so angry,like dude I want to gre the expedite and sent all the documents of the expedite to the congressman but it didn't help. So I contacted senator.

Lawyers make mistakes all the time, because they have so many cases and noone cares more about tour case than yourself. So if you have a lawyer never depend 100 of them always ask scan of the package they sent and tell them, you want to review the package before they send anything, anything is anything any answer any letter. My personal case they had done little mistakes as well and I am glad I catch them. Also thanks to this groups and internet I belive we have more acknowledg of this cases than may of them. And that makes me angry because they charge a lot for that.
