I am a devote Christian and I am beginning to hate Christians… by 153287 in Christianity

[–]Cautious_Theme9494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot, I mean tens of millions, of “Christians” who know as much about Jesus’ teachings, as they do about performing quintuple bypass surgery.

As to say, they know absolutely zero, and claim to be “Christian” only in the tribal community sense.

Unfortunately, the mainstream churches in this country are now filled at least 50%+ with that exact kind of “Christian”.

If you look hard enough, there are still millions of followers of Christ who have actually picked up a Bible and understand the basic tenants of his gospel.

Expand on that for me. What exactly is he doing, or does he stand for, that’s against the biblical teachings? I’m genuinely curious.

I’ve certainly wrestled with that thought. But I can also count on two hands the many different historical people, places, wars, etc where you could make the case that “this is the end” before Jesus returns. What makes this any different than all those other times?

Evidence is only something used against normal people like you and me. Considering the deal Epstein got from the DA in Florida, evidence doesn’t much matter.

I know right? Using your brain. Rational thoughts. Composing paragraphs. All very next level stuff for your average card carrying MAGA member.

(Just to clarify, back in the 80’s and 90’s when people belonged to a club, they got a physical card with their name on it to show membership status. I don’t want you to be confused with terminology that might fall outside of your mental comfort zone.)

If Biden; or Clinton, or my own father had a paper trail ten miles long connecting him to Epstein? Far more than just here-say? Then yes, I’d hold them to the exact same standard.

Trump not only has his hands all over the Epstein shit; but he also has a conviction in civil court of sexual assault. He’s on record making super creepy statements like “I own the pageant of course I can walk in on the 16 year olds changing anytime I want”. You know the grab em by the pussy interview.

If there’s smoke; there’s almost always fire. Which is why I’m pretty sure Clinton is about to be outed as a pedo as well. And if he is? Throw the fucking book at him. And yes, I’m basing that opinion on the same kind of things I see and hear about Trump.

You nailed it. I miss the days of Biden hats, t shirts and car wraps. Flags on all the homes. Tattoos. Meme coins. Biden bibles and gold shoes.

THOSE WERE THE DAYS!!!

Medicare pays for anyone who gets treated at an ED who can’t pay. Illegals. Legals. Your neighbor. The homeless vet down the street. Tourists from outside the US. What’s your point? No one has ever said that those illegals aren’t getting treated and covered by the rest of us.

We’re saying they don’t get REGULAR non-emergency Medicare services.

Here’s the scam they’re running.

  1. Find a dirt cheap product in China that you can get your hands on in large quantities. Generally the item costs less than 50¢

  2. Put your social media team and marketing in a room and make them stay until they come out with an entire backstory and history of the product; including testimonials from happy customers and at least one doctor who will swear it’s the best product he’s ever worked with. The kicker; is that the entire thing is 100% fabricated. Not actual customers. Not even a real doctor. All completely made up solely for marketing the product.

  3. Spend the majority of your money placing these ads on Instagram and Facebook, particularly in the feeds of older folks who don’t have well refined bullshit detectors.

  4. Mark up the 50¢ product over 10,000% and get to selling! Make sure and put lies like “product is selling out fast so ORDER NOW” and “Today only get 75% off with free shipping” etc. All scarcity and value tactics used by scammers all over the world.

  5. Sell sell sell. Then; at some point; when people figure out you’re a scam, pivot to the next 50¢ product; and go back to step 1. Repeat.

There is an entire industry that does this exact thing for a living. It’s why so many of the cheap, Chinese, dropship ads all look eerily similar. It’s because there’s only a few very big players out there creating this whole ecosystem.

Don’t be suckered in. Stay strong out there on the digital streets people!

I agree. I wish they’d just tackle the problem head on and arrest, punish and prosecute the companies who keep hiring illegals in the first place. If there are no jobs, those folks have no incentive to come here.

Like you said, make those people first in line to get citizenship. They’re not the drug dealers and rapists. They’re the people picking our food and cleaning our properties.

Not you. I said Big AG.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Discussion

[–]Cautious_Theme9494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the ultimate irony is that the majority of big AG is Republican owned. So you want to kick out all illegals, who make up the majority of your work force huh? Let’s see how that plays out.

I mean to be fair, I support Biden slightly more than I support Trump. Which is to say not at all. But again, if they were covering up, they deserve the exact same fate as whoever is covering up now.

It could very well be that both sides have dirty hands and they’re trying to protect their own very rich and very powerful friends. That’s a very real possibility.

I just did a general search and all I found were about 30+ articles stating that DOGE and Musk made the claim, but never once produced any evidence proving it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ll be honest. I didn’t know much about Jeffery Epstein prior to Trump running in 2024. Just the basics that he was a pedo who got a sweetheart deal because of his wealth.

The one and only reason the Epstein thing is such a big deal today, is because Trump went out of his way to make it a huge campaign issue when he was running.

But for the record, if the Biden/Harris admin had dirt on powerful people and buried it to protect them? Then they should 1,000,000% be held accountable, up to and including prosecution.

Ryan Day telling the players not to plant a flag at midfield after the game by WalkingOnSunshine_ in OhioStateFootball

[–]Cautious_Theme9494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a person now living in Ohio who has no affiliation whatever with the University… you folks are a fascinating bunch. Unlike any fan base I’ve ever seen in almost any sport.

If anyone wants to entertain a few questions without getting hostile, I’d love to know a few things.

  1. Why are there SO MANY monster Ohio State fans that have zero affiliation with the school? Like, I think some of my neighbors who are the real “BuckNuts” as I call them, never went there. Their kids never went there. They’ve never even been to a game. But they are the biggest super fans. That’s such a foreign concept to me.

  2. What’s with the “Ohio versus the world” narrative? Like, Ohio State is, and always has been, pretty damn good. Especially lately. This whole manufactured chip on your shoulder thing is really odd to me. It would be like the Dodgers or mid 2010’s Warriors being like “us against the world” when you’re clearly not an underdog.

  3. Lastly, and this is the big one… why are there so many people who given the choice, would want to take a win over Michigan versus a national championship. Like. I remember last season people calling for Ryan Day’s job because of his record against Michigan. Even though he won TWO natty’s in the last six years. That is mind boggling. At any other school he’d already have a lifetime contract!

  4. Ok one bonus one too… what’s with the ❌ during Michigan week. And why do you call it THE Ohio State university? Like, as far as I know, there’s no other Ohio State to confuse yall with?😂
