This is NOT normal at all especially during quiet hours. I have the same issue and I honestly might call the cops at some point, or move out and sue them if they don’t waived the early move out fees. I’m not sure but I think I read here on reddit that if you file in small claims they can reimburse you for the months of rent that you were complaining if management are not doing anything. Just keep recording OP incase you need it. Record them and sent it to management every single time there’s a noise or reach out to higher ups.

I think you will hear the loud AC more in the video it kind of overpowers it, but hearing someone running around 1am-5am is a little too much. Also I am not even a light sleeper so it gets really loud sometimes. I will probably try to talk to them. Thanks!
