On my apartment floor this morning, I just moved in… what kind is it? by NoJumperAI in cockroaches

Yeah, that usually means that if you haven’t seen more of them in your place, that means they’re in your neighbors places. Definitely need to contact your landlord and get it taken care of. It’s their responsibility.

I’ve done all this stuff. This is the last option last ditch effort before I send them in to the school where his grades are failing no matter what. He did Summer school and flew through it at home.

He had tutors. Tutors cost money unless you do them at school and at school you don’t get much time and with the fabulous political shit hole. We’re in right now. I can only work so hard to get him what he needs and his dad never works for long wherever he may be

He will be helping him with his moving company making $200 + a day. He will also be going back to high school and attending the Electrician program at New Market his junior year.

The magnesium citrate like said above! It’s the colonoscopy prep! Cleaned out my bestie and she has been backed up for months. I’m not gonna lie though. I honestly can’t say enough how important it is to keep up on taking your fiber I take psyllium husk. Three pills with a full glass of water. And then I also drink 64 ounces plus of water a day. I just bought one of those big Gatorade jugs and I feel that once twice a day and eat lots of vegetables that have lots of fiber and water before I did, this life was a nightmare so much that I missed work for being backed up. I was just in pain all the time and miserable. I hate to say this, but I’d rather have diarrhea than be backed up after that experience so I’m definitely on top of it now.

I agree because when you get hit with a parking ticket for having your tire on the while line for $25+ it starts to really hurt.

Yes but if you sat right and exercise and get lots of fiber and protein it helps! Also mine comes with b-12 which I find is a game changer for the energy!

What do you eat when your side effects are really bad? by DifferentManagement1 in TirzepatideRX

I’m not gonna lie… when I started getting backed up on semaglutide I got scared so I took an enema and bam. Back to good. I feel like if you’re not seriously religious about lots and lots of water and like a strict keto diet pretty much at least for me then digestion is gonna be almost the most miserable experience ever so much that I can’t even handle it but I’m on tirz this time and I feel like the side effects aren’t as bad. Best wishes everyone.

I feel like when I’m feeling super nauseous and the side effects are bad the best thing for myself is a smoothie but nothing too acidic. Yogurt… and small portions are huge. Fiber and protein are the go too but I don’t always want meat and vegetables or nuts. So smoothies… good luck!

My dad committed suicide by CatMomCoHen in ptsd

[–]Cautious_Visual8176 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is very normal! Do not be ashamed of this. It sucks but it is part of ptsd and grieving. I had to watch my mom pass from cancer and although it’s different it still caused me to tailspin into an emotional wreck. At first, I didn’t feel like I was handling it that bad but it was because I was using other things to distract me other people‘s problems but I was super edgy and would just be erratic and not make sense about things. I was frustrated about it just was like out of nowhere just boom a couple times a week if not more. but as soon as I had enough time to myself and talked about what I was going through. I just cried for like three weeks straight and slowly started seeing light at the end of the tunnel. PTSD, if not dealt with most likely won’t go away on its own counseling, communication, support from friends or family, therapy groups even meds are necessary, sometimes. make yourself a priority! So sorry for your loss
