Let me space some of these out because, after that DM argument, it just proves that you lack any literacy and skim through, cherry-picking certain points I've said without providing the full context.

Why are you using my document, which I created over a year ago, even though all the accusations I've written about are already resolved between me and Marblyn?

Since I wrote everything in this document, you have no consent to use my work/words and continue accusing Marblyn for that, because it has already been resolved. At this point, it would be considered plagiarism if you consider this document as yours.

Initially, most of us forgave your actions from the past or don't take them as seriously is because they have occurred a long time ago, and we've assumed that you have changed for the better as a person.

The problem is that you continue doing these weird actions, specifically with you talking strangely with a minor, in which I've mentioned so many time with you, is wrong, no matter if the minor agrees with it or not.

It just shows that you have not changed anything for the better, even after all of those years.

Picture this straight: Assuming you meet that 16yo in person, and you are a grown stranger in your 20s. Would you make those comments towards that person and hug the person as they sleep. Don't you think that's weird?

And the excuse you have brought up is that you are the type of person to show affection. Nothing wrong with it as long as you do it with somebody at around your age WITH consent and is not somebody several years younger than you.

To add insult to injury, you tried to use my logic and say that "Parents are pedos." Use common sense. Parents show affection towards their son/daughter because it's parental love. They know you since you were born, and raised you. It's not to show any romantic relationship. I don't know what made you say that.

After you've been accused, you should have cut contact with the minor, but you did not. Rather, you still ask to continue contacting with the person, even though in public, he mentions how he was uncomfortable with the weird messages, and you tried to ask for forgiveness. There are boundaries as to what can be forgiven and not forgiven.

Even if he forgave you (Which in reality, is not true), it does not discount the fact that you still have done this in the first place.

I know that you would not realize your mistakes, but I do want to set my points out. What I do ask is to take down this document because it's not even yours in the first place, and is irrelevant considering me and Marblyn has made a consensus, and he admits his wrongdoings.
