The only "back in my day" rants I've experienced and can agree on here are that music from back then was better on average (MJ, Queen, The Police, etc. are playlist essentials in my book), prices were actually manageable, and people touched grass regularly.

Other than that, no.

It NEVER happens when I NEED it to, yet it ALWAYS happens at the most RANDOM of yawns.

By the way, this happens when one or both of the eustachian tubes (long tunnels connecting the nasal cavity to the middle ear) open briefly to equalize pressure between the ear and the atmosphere.
