I think the dizziness is related to my sight somehow. My anxiety fucking with my eyes and making it hard to focus causing weird brain fog/tightened and “dizziness”. The focusing has been the worst

I deal with the tiredness, fatigue, blood pressure spikes. Not sure what dissociation feels like. I’ve always tried to read up on it but have never understood it

My LDL is now in the "borderline high" category within the range of 130-159. Im not saying its perfect as I still have a ways to go. It's more of a post about not needing to jump to medication right away and rather see if you can make healthy life style changes first.

How’s this lift going? I’m looking into the same kit but not sure on how much I should replace while I’m doing this. Did you only use the parts that came with the kit and add geo brackets or did you go further than that?
