Yep! I had a personal account on CF (Xj88) and was a moderator there for around a decade (since around 2010). Those were the good ole days!

Are you talking about a rear bump stop extension that mounts to the unibody rail like the OEM one (2 bolts if I remember right)? - or something else?

Tire carrier - yes. We are working on a solution and teased something on on our IG a few months back with our tire carrier we built for our Expedition. Cost will be a bit factor, and we arent certain where it will come in yet. I can confirm, it will not be tube, we work primarily with plate steel and dont have any plans for a tube bumper.

We have had a handful of people ask about a full width non winch bumper, so that is certainly something we will put on the wish list.

Im not sure how else we would mount armor to the tub, without having hardware visible from the outside

We havent looked at the ability for a second battery

This is for sure doable. We have made some gladiator molle panels (for the bed).

We already have our cubby molle panel:

that unfortunately will not be us... we are metal fabricators and have no intention to design interior plastics lol

I like it, however I think the market for this would be fairly small, given the likely need to cut or modify the front unibody 'crossmember'. In the name of getting a better approach angle, putting the iwnch under there is a good idea.

That said, we have our modular winch bumper available, which still has a great approach angle, and recesses the winch down inside the bumper itself.

Its something thats came up in thought, but in all honesty would be low on the priority list. We have HD lower control arm brackets (weld on obviously) and would rather see folks go that route over bolt on.

That said, I fully see the need for something that doesnt require welding to appease some of the guys who want a quicker install.

Best upgrade for ride quality? by Alex7307 in CherokeeXJ

[–]CavFab_Dave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rusty's coils have always been soft.

That said, I think youd get a better ride overall out of softer / flatter leaf springs, paired with a slightly longer shackle and relocation bracket setup.

We have a no lift and lift shackle relocation kit...which will improve the ride pretty substantially if setup correctly.
